Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- International Shipping: 10-21 business days
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges:
All book sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
